Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all order details including lace type, length, and shipping information are correct before checkout.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your package with photos and your order number.

Divine by Dajah Rae reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
